The Office of the Destination Management Organization of the North of Haiti recently organized a training session in order to carry out a "Haiti Visitor Satisfaction and Expenditure Survey".

This training, led by Mrs. Sandra Pierreline Raphaël, Statistician, Joël Sénatus, accountant and Marc Gregor Jules, IT specialist at the Ministry of Tourism, also aims to strengthen the skills of new trainees in the field of tourist reception, but also to improve the collects data on visitor satisfaction and spending during their stay in Haiti.

Through thorough investigations and accurate data analysis, the Ministry of Tourism will be able to take informed action to promote sustainable tourism development in Haiti.

The Ministry of Tourism and the OGDNH will continue to organize such trainings to build the capacity of tourism professionals in Haiti, in order to promote a thriving and sustainable tourism industry in the North region. Thanks to these efforts, Haiti will be able to attract more visitors and offer unforgettable experiences, thus contributing to the economic and social development of the country.
