Digicel informs the population in general and the inhabitants of the Great South in particular that it is once again facing some difficulties due to its fiber optic infrastructure which was again cut in the Martissant area on Wednesday afternoon. Its technicians arrived on the spot but could not access the cut, due to the security tension which continues to make it difficult for all the companies in the country to operate.

This occupation affects part of the WEST department, from Carrefour to Petit-Goâve, Nippes, South, South-East and Grand'Anse.

Digicel are confident that they can resolve the issue quickly but it ask for the support of everyone involved so that the teams have access to be able to do the work that is supposed to be done.
