iciHaiti - Jacmel : A drug trafficker arrested

During a police operation, Williamson Claude, alias "Sonsonn" (23 years old) from Belle-Anse, drug trafficker, was arrested by a team made up of agents from the Departmental Unit for Maintaining Order (UDMO) and the Departmental Service of Judicial Police of the South-East, in Sainte-Hélène, communal section Bas-Lavoûte, commune of Jacmel.
During this operation, a search was carried out at the home of Wilner Trazil, accomplice of Williamson Claude, in the presence of the Deputy Judge at the Jacmel Peace Court. 9.251 kg of marijuana was found there by law enforcement officers, later confirmed after analysis by investigators from the Office for the Fight against Drug Trafficking (BLTS - South).
