Agents of the Haitian National Police (PNH) intercepted and seized four tricycle-type motorcycles, loaded with contraband goods on the border strip, near Poningot, adjacent to the Dominican Republic, between the municipalities of Pepillo Salcedo (Manzanillo ) and Dajabon.
