Following a complaint filed at the Brigade Office for the Protection of Minors (BPM) on Monday November 27, 2023, and thanks to the surveillance work the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ), via the BPM, proceeded, on November 28, 2023 at Delmas 75, to the arrest of Richardson Décembre (18 years old), Fendy Badette (18 years old) and Jean-Pierre Clark Dorbens (20 years old), for gang rape of a 12-year-old minor girl.

During their hearing, these 3 individuals confessed to having raped the victim.

For the moment, they are all being held in custody while awaiting legal action.
