The Haitian Football Federation (FHF) informs the football family and the public in general of the appointment of Patrick Massenat to the position of Secretary General of the FHF.

Massenat is a well-known professional in Haitian football. Equipped with a solid academic background and diverse expertise. He completed studies in Anthropology and Sociology at the Faculty of Ethnology in 1995. He continued to enrich his knowledge at INAGHEI in Public Administration (Continuing Education).

He is currently a FIFA Safeguarding Officer, graduated from the Safeguarding Course provided by the “Open University” in England aimed at the protection of minors in the sporting environment, particularly football.

He joined the FHF in 2004 and has held several positions there since then :

• Commissioner from 2004;

• Coordinator of the Special Events commission from 2009 to 2021;

• Executive Secretary of the National Football League (LINAF) from 2006 to 2010;

• Concacaf and FIFA match commissioner from 2013;

• Coordinator for Concacaf in Florida in 2015 and 2017;

• Member of the think tank on the Concacaf "Caribbean Professional League" Project

Until recently, Massenat held the position of administrative coordinator within the General Secretariat. Today he takes the reins of an office that he knows well, driven by the desire to raise the level of Haitian football on the administrative level with a view to equaling that of other Concacaf countries.
