iciHaiti - Culture : Scholarship holders for the Fund for Emerging Photography 27/12/2023 09:15:19
Their respective projects, "A photographic memory of hospital emergencies in Haiti" and "Batè Kòk", were selected by the jury composed of: Allenby Augustin, Executive Director of the Art Center; Veronika Châtelain, Program officer, Culture + Art, Open Society Foundations; Daniele Magloire, Vice-President of the Board of Directors of FOKAL; Karl Joseph, Artistic Director of the Guyana Photographic Meetings; Jeanne Mercier, co-founder of the Afrique in Visu platform. These two laureate photographers will benefit from financial support for the realization or continuation of the photographic project that they submitted as part of the call for projects, as well as one-year mentoring with Karl Joseph and Jeanne Mercier, over a period of one year. The Art Center and Fokal thank those who have expressed interest in the FPEH 2024.
