The Joint Limited Company for Management, Cleanliness and Public Services (Société Anonyme Mixte de Gestion, Propreté et Services Publics - SAM Propublic) is aware of the current environmental realities of the North and in particular those of the Cap-Haïtien district following the latest torrential rains which caused flooding in urban areas and rural, on the one hand.

SAM Propublic wishes a Merry Christmas 2023 and a Happy New Year 2024 to its public and private partners, in particular the Town Halls of Cap-Haïtien, Quartier-Morin and Limonade, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the North (CCIN) and the Northern Destination Management Organization of Haiti (OGDNH) and finally to its employees and loyal collaborators.
