The Joint Limited Company for Management, Cleanliness and Public Services (Société Anonyme Mixte de Gestion, Propreté et Services Publics - SAM Propublic) is aware of the current environmental realities of the North and in particular those of the Cap-Haïtien district following the latest torrential rains which caused flooding in urban areas and rural, on the one hand.
