Thursday January 4th, 2024, Loreus Milien, alias "Dieulor" on the run for 3 1/2 years was actively wanted for the murder of Madame Roland Zenny, on July 30, 2020 was arrested, during a police intervention led by agents of the Departmental Judicial Police Service, (SDPJ - South-East)
It should be noted that a conviction in absentia was brought against him by the Court of First Instance of Jacmel.
