iciHaiti - Jacmel : Divisional Commissioner Allande Serge Jolicoeur honored
Friday January 5, 2024, the Divisional Commissioner Ing. Allande Serge Jolicoeur, Departmental Director of the South-East of the Haitian National Police (PNH), received during a ceremony a plaque of honor and merit at the initiative of the Departmental Delegation of the South-East.

The honorary ceremony took place in the presence of Loudie César, Mayor of Jacmel, Reverend Father Samson Pierre, Pastor of the parish of Saints Jacques and Philippe, and several other personalities.

In his speech, the Departmental Delegate declared that this mark of distinction awarded to Divisional Commissioner Allande Serge Jolicoeur aims to congratulate him and encourage his dynamism, his sense of leadership and his contribution to maintaining security within the population.

After the usual thanks, Allande Serge Jolicoeur promised to continue working so that the police institution is ever closer to the population.

Let's recall that Divisional Commissioner Allande Serge Jolicoeur was installed at the head of the South-East PNH, on July 21st, 2023, as part of the strategic changes implemented by the acting Director General of the PNH, Frantz Elbé, in the objective of continuing to fight more effectively against organized crime in the country.
