Thursday January 18, 2024, Jean Ronald Joseph, the Director General of the National Education Fund (FNE) accompanied by his team went to the Rhé national school in Camp-Perrin (Dept. South).

This school, destroyed by the earthquake of August 14, 2021 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-34479-haiti-flash-magnitude-72-earthquake-in-the-nippes-updated-10am.html will include two buildings with 9 classrooms, 3 administration rooms, accommodation for the caretaker and two toilet blocks.

Myrthel Saint-Amour, the Director of the school, specified that the establishment will accommodate 350 students covering the entire basic cycle.

Taking advantage of the opportunity, Jean Ronald Joseph discussed with the Director about the transfer of land adjacent to the school, with a view to the construction of a play area and a cafeteria for the students.
