Thursday January 25, 2024 Raymonde Rival, Minister of Youth and Sports visited the Haitian Olympic Committee (COH) to learn about Haiti's participation in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

She was welcomed by Hans Larsen, President of the COH, who was accompanied by Fritz Gérald Fong and Dr Roberson Croimain.

The qualification process for the Games, the number of expected qualifiers, the accreditations of the dignitaries to be requested, the activities to celebrate the 100 years of recognition of the COH were the main points discussed during this visit during which the estimated preparation budget and participation in the 2024 Olympic Games was submitted to Minister Rival.

"It was important to discuss the Games and to think with the COH about the best support to offer to the athletes of the Haitian delegation," said Rival at the end of this meeting, visibly satisfied.
