Several specialized units of the Haitian National Police (PNH) are still deployed in the Mariani neighborhood (commune of Gressier) continuing operations and interventions against gangs.

These police officers, of these specialized forces, continue to multiply strategies whose objective is to track down and arrest armed individuals who terrorize the population.

Fixed points, police patrols, penetration into several areas of Mariani, are some of the actions carried out by the agents engaged in the field.

The PNH, once again, is seeking the frank collaboration of the population, as part of this fight aimed at dismantling gang centers in the country.
