iciHaiti - Cap-Haitien : Recruitment of Volunteer Civil Protection Brigadiers

The Civil Protection of Cap-Haitien is launching a call for the recruitment of Volunteer Brigadiers to strengthen its teams dedicated to the security and civil protection of the municipality. In order to increase the number of the Brigade and make it operational, the Municipality encourages interested people to submit their application to the email address mairieducap@gmail.com or to the Human Resources Office of the Town Hall before 1 March 2024.
As a volunteer, attached to the brigade as an operational actor of the municipal Civil Protection Committee (CCPC), a brigadier adheres to the principles of volunteering, humanitarian principles and the brigadier code of conduct.
Criteria :
- Reside in the community;
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Be available for training, retraining and emergency interventions;
- Accept the principles of volunteering and be in good health;
- Be of good life and morals;
- Secondary 9th level required;
- Be motivated by the disaster management theme;
- Living in the city center or in municipal sections;
- Not already being a volunteer within a civil protection committee or another structure intervening in crisis situations;
- Do not exercise political responsibilities during interventions
Required documents:
- Birth certificate or archive extract (original + copy);
- 2 Recent ID photos;
- National identification card (original + copy);
- Tax Registration Number (NIF);
- Certificate of good conduct and morals;
- Medical certificate.
