iciHaiti - Canada : Exceptional exemption scholarships, registrations open
The Embassy of Haiti in Canada informs that the Ministry of International Relations and La Francophonie of Quebec, as part of the Support Plan for Haiti 2023-2026, has granted 4 exceptional exemption scholarships in favor of Haitian students as well only four 4 scholarships of 5,000 Canadian dollars to these beneficiary students.

These exemptions will be granted to students enrolled in a French-speaking Quebec higher education establishment, full-time, in a 2nd cycle program, in the field of management and administration of interest to local authorities and rural areas.

The application file must include:

- A photocopy of the first page of a valid passport;

- A residence permit for students in compliance with Canadian immigration regulations and a certificate of acceptance from Quebec, issued by the Ministry of Emigration, Francisation and Integration of Quebec;

- Proof of admission to a program of study in a higher education establishment in Quebec, recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education of Quebec for the fall 2024 session and registration in this program must be at the rate of thirty (30) credits annually;

- A cover letter explaining the beneficiary's contribution to the development of local communities in Haiti after their studies in Canada.
