The Haitian Football Federation (FHF) learned with emotion of the death of the former Secretary General of the Football Inter Club Association (FICA) Me Jules François, who died on Saturday March 2nd, 2024, on foreign soil, as a result of a surgical intervention.

A fine worker, "Master Jules" had devoted a good part of his life to defending the interests of FICA in particular and Haitian Football in general.

In this painful circumstance, the FHF, on behalf of the great family of Haitian Football, presents its sincere condolences and deep sympathy to his family, his friends, to the members of FICA and to the entire Capois football community.

The Federation salutes the departure of Me Jules François who will undoubtedly leave; a big void in the world of Haitian Football.

May the earth rest lightly on him.
