IOM informs the general public that no one can ask you for money to facilitate or speed up your case. We remind you that making appointments is free and only administrative fees are required and payable only to Sogebank.

In the current context, we can only offer a minimum service. Many areas remain blocked and therefore our regular services are also impacted;

The Brazilian Embassy in Haiti is temporarily closed, which involves delays in the follow-up of files.
