The United States Embassy coordinates assisted flights for the departure of American citizens in Haiti by non-commercial means. Only U.S. citizens with appropriate identification documents will be allowed to board these flights.
U.S. citizens must complete the "Crisis Response Form" to notify the U.S. Embassy of their request for assistance if they have not already done so. The form is accessible through the following link : hhttps://mytravel.state.gov/s/crisis-intake
