Saturday April 4th in the afternoon, in Marbial (18 km north of Jacmel), the National Police in the South-East department, arrested Louis-Jeune Jean (31 years old) alias "Blanc".

This individual is clearly identified by members of the Population as one of the men of the gang group led by "Boutba" as well known, operating at the southern entrance to the Capital at Mariani.

Louis-Jeune Jean was part of the team responsible for the "toll" on national road #2, imposed by the gang, to ransom users and drivers using RN#2.

An amount of 113,500 gourdes was found in his possession and seized at the time of his arrest
