Of the 468 cases handled by the National Ambulance Center (CAN) in April 2024 (-2.77% compared to the previous month https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-42121-icihaiti-health-report-of-the-national-ambulance-center-march-2024.html ), chronic illnesses (27.56%) and transfers (27.13%) were the two most important types of treatment.

Number and types of interventions :
1 confirmed case of cholera;
32 cases of respiratory distress (not associated with Covid-19);
129 cases of chronic diseases (various pathologies);
75 obstetric emergencies;
44 Public Road Accidents;
127 transfers (references and laboratory examinations);
12 traumas (injuries & fractures of varying degrees);
15 gunshot wounds;
7 stab wounds;
26 various conditions (discomfort, diarrhea, fever, anemia, abdominal pain, etc.).

Of the 468 cases supported by the CAN : 224 interventions took place in the West, 82 in Artibonite, 37 in the North-West, 47 in the South-East, 16 in the Nippes, 37 in the North , 6 in the South, 15 in the North-East, 4 in Grand'Anse.
