Haitian Chef Stephan Berrouet Durand needs at least 2,000 votes to represent Haiti at the 2024 World Paella Cup

Chef Stephan Berrouet Durand was preselected to represent Haiti at the “World Paella Cup 2024”. In this gastronomic tournament which will be held in Valencia (Spain) on September 20, 2024, different countries around the world compete to try to win the cup for the best PAELLA in the world.

The chefs participating in this World Paella Championship are selected by the public and filtered by a jury made up of high-level professionals.

Everyone chooses the paella recipe with which to compete. There is only one requirement: the rice must be firm, the grains well detached, whole and tasty. In other words, it must be paella.

Chef Stephan Berrouet Durand needs at least 2,000 votes to represent Haiti and more votes to be in the top 8. Last day of voting: June 23.
