iciHaiti - Politic : Installation of two important Secretaries General
The Presidential Transitional Council (CPT) installed Ms. Marie Elisabeth Régine Joseph Haddad as the new Secretary General of the Presidency, as well as Me Odilien Charles as the new Secretary General of the Council of Ministers.

The President Edgard Leblanc Fils of the CPT congratulated the two new leaders by reaffirming the full support of the members of the Council.

Expressing her gratitude to the members of the CPT for having chosen her as the first woman Secretary General of the Presidency, Marie Elisabeth Régine Joseph Haddad expressed her firm intention to collaborate with the CPT and all employees of the National Palace to revitalize this institution which she is now in charge. Paying vibrant tribute to the Palace Security Forces (USGPN) for their fierce resistance to repeated attacks by armed gangs, the new Secretary General made a special point of thanking the USGPN Coordinator, J. Vladimir Paraison, for his unfailing dedication and exemplary leadership which made it possible to keep the perimeter of the Palace inviolate.

For his part, Me Odilien Charles, promises to be efficient in his task, focusing on healthy and frank collaboration with all employees under his responsibility. Me Odilien Charles has more than 10 years of experience within the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
