The Consulate General of Haiti in Santiago in the Dominican Republic, informs that Ms. Sherline Celiscar has been installed as Consul Head of Post a.i.. She replaces Jean Gardy Marius in this position who held this position for 18 months.

Ms. Celiscar, a lawyer by training, civil servant of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2012, entered the Consulate General of Haiti in Santiago in 2020, working in several sections including migration. Today, she accepted this new mission entrusted to her by Chancellor Dominique Dupuy with great courage and commitment in order to serve the Haitian Community of the Cibao Region.
