iciHaiti - Cité Soleil : The cleaning work has intensified

The cleaning work of the Western Departmental Directorate of the Ministry of Public Works has intensified in the town of Cité Soleil since the start of the hurricane season (June 1st), particularly in the Brooklyn and Boston neighborhoods.
Several canals where tons of rubbish accumulated, obstructing water flow, are being gradually cleaned.
For this week, residents of the neighborhoods of Brooklyn, Soleil 22, Soleil 24 and Boston welcome the cleaning operations carried out in the Lupp canals (3 bb), Chancerelles, Soleil 4 canal etc...
These achievements come as a real relief to residents exposed to the spread of disease vectors.
