iciHaiti - Culture : Mysterious disappearance of rapper «MECHANS-T»
Since the announcement of the disappearance of the talented rapper Wens Jonathan Désir alias "MECHANS-T" on July 4th, his loved ones, his fans and the Haitian musical community are still without news of the artist, causing a wave of concern and of speculation.

According to available information, "MECHANS-T" disappeared in the Bahamas archipelago, its last known residence.

The U.S. Coast Guard reported no trace of him or a possible sinking.

In Haiti, the Ministry of Culture expresses its deep concern following this disappearance

Augustin Antoine, the Minister of Culture maintains contact with his colleague from Foreign Affairs, Ms. Dominique Dupuy in order to follow the evolution of the file.

Minister Augustin expresses his solidarity with the parents of Wens Jonathan Désir (MECHANS-T), his fans, his friends and the musical family in general and invites everyone to collaborate in respect of the principles so that light is shed on this strange disappearance.
