In a note dated Tuesday, August 6, 2024, the Ministry of Defense informs applicants that the list of required documents relating to the current recruitment process has been modified.

From now on, instead of a "Certificate of good conduct and morals issued by the Police" https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-42894-haiti-flash-the-haitian-armed-forces-are-recruiting-soldiers.html applicants only need a simple Police certificate.
