Of the 784 cases handled by the National Ambulance Center (CAN) in July 2024 (+20.24% compared to the previous month (652), transfers (19.13%) and obstetric emergencies (20.15%) were the two most important cases handled.

Number and types of interventions :
75 cases of respiratory distress (not associated with Covid-19);
103 cases of chronic diseases (various pathologies);
158 obstetric emergencies;
77 road accidents;
150 transfers (referrals and laboratory tests);
33 traumas (injuries & fractures of varying degrees);
37 gunshot wounds;
6 stab wounds;
145 various conditions (malaise, diarrhea, fever, anemia, abdominal pain, etc....)

Of the 784 cases handled by CAN : 536 interventions took place in the West, 78 in Artibonite, 66 in the South-East, 20 in the North-West, 11 in the North-East, 22 in the North, 5 in Nippes, 34 in the South, 4 in the Center, 8 in Grand'Anse.
