The Consulate General of Haiti in Montreal is pleased to invite you to the first edition of "Cultural Friday" which is held every last Friday of the month.

These days are an opportunity to discover and celebrate the richness of Haitian culture through meetings with emblematic figures of the Haitian community in Canada.

For this first edition, on Friday, August 30, 2024, the Consulate will have the honor of welcoming the famous Chef Gaspard, a distinguished actor in our community.

From 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., come and savor the chef's famous "CHIKTAY" and discover his books on Haitian cuisine as well as his exclusive products such as seasonings, "pikliz" and "chiktay".

Don't miss this unique opportunity to dive into the Haitian culinary world and meet great people over a friendly moment.
