Haiti - Insecurity : CPT discusses police and military training with Mexico

The President of the Transitional Council of Haiti, Edgard Leblanc, received in audience two members of the Embassy of Mexico, Jesús Cisneros, chargé d'affaires, and Joanna Gómez, Deputy Head of Mission, to deepen and finalize the details concerning the training of the police in order to achieve greater efficiency in the fight against armed gangs
This meeting follows that of the Minister of Defense Jean Marc Berthier Antoine with Ms. Joanna Yolanda Gómez Rodriguez, chargé d'affaires a.i of Mexico in Haiti where the discussion had been on Haitian-Mexican cooperation in defense matters, with an emphasis on Mexico's support for military training https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-42844-haiti-news-zapping.html
