Here Haiti - Insecurity : The Minister of Defense assures that the Dominican border is secure
Lieutenant General Carlos Antonio Fernández Onofre, the Dominican Minister of Defense, accompanied by the Commander General of the Army, General Jorge Iván Camino Pérez (ERD), the Inspector General of the Armed Forces, General Delio Colón Rosario, the Director of Intelligence J-2, General Enrique Armando Aguilera.
