Engineer Raphaël Hosty, Minister of Public Works, accompanied by a technical delegation, made a follow-up visit this week to the rehabilitation site of the section of National Road #6 (RN#6) from Carrefour La Mort to the Massacre River bridge in Ouanaminthe.

This project, financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) through a Grant agreement, covers approximately 44 kilometers. The work, lasting 10 months, is being carried out by the ECOCISA-COAMCO Haiti S.A consortium and supervised by BETA Ingénieurs Conseils.

A technical meeting was subsequently held, bringing together representatives of the company responsible for the work and the control mission.

Minister Hosty reaffirmed that the final acceptance of the work is scheduled for July 2025, emphasizing the importance of this project in the modernization of the country's road infrastructure.
