iciHaiti - Artibonite : Intensification of PNH operations (Video)

Several special units of the Haitian National Police (PNH), including the Departmental Operation and Intervention Brigade (BOID), SWAT, Temporary Anti-Gang Unit (UTAG), the Motorized Intervention Brigade (BIM), the Law Enforcement Unit (UDMO) and the Intervention Brigade (BI), have intensified operations in the Artibonite department, specifically in the locality of "Joanis", located in the area called "La Croix-Périsse", in order to provide a proportional response to the attacks of armed gangs.
With the support of the contingent of the Multinational Mission for Security Support in Haiti (MMSS), PNH agents are working tirelessly to restore security in the Artibonite department while dismantling all gang hotbeds.
This series of operations aims to put an end to the attacks of armed gangs in order to allow the population to freely go about their daily activities.
