Given the large number of participants, around 600 young people, the technicians of the National Technical Directorate (DTN) deemed it necessary to extend the evaluation to offer a chance to as many talents as possible. The DTN therefore extended its detection sessions for U-17 youth by one day, with a view to training the next Haitian men's selection in this category. At the end of this first stage, 14 players were selected.

This detection is only a first phase, and other sessions will be organized in the coming days across the country.
