Friday, October 25, 2024, in a video shared on social networks "Ti Jackson" as he is known, one of the lieutenants of the "5 Seconds" gang, made serious threats against the community of Arcahaie.
He declared that a new massacre is close in Arcahaie, and promises that there will be no mercy, declaring his intention to make Arcahaie his territory and the base of his operations.
