Despite the 30-day temporary ban on all flights from the United States to Haiti by the Federal Aviation Administration https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-43621-haiti-flash-us-airlines-banned-from-flying-over-haiti-for-30-days.html following the serious incident at Toussaint Louverture International Airport, travelers on Royal Caribbean cruise ships whose itineraries include Labadee, Haiti, will continue their travels as planned, according to a Royal Caribbean spokesperson.
"The safety and security of our guests, crew, and communities we visit are our top priority. Our Global Security and Intelligence Team continuously monitor the situation in Haiti. Currently, there are no changes to our planned itineraries," which will continue to call at the private destination, Labadee, located on Haiti’s North Coast.
