The Saint-Marc Police arrested Jean-Robert Figaro and Vincent Simpson for their connection with the "Gran Grif" gang that operates in Savien, in the Artibonite department.

Irrefutable evidence confirms that these two individuals served as "Lookouts" to facilitate kidnappings on behalf of the "Gran Grif" gang and also played the role of negotiator between the parents of the victims and the kidnappers of whom Luckson Elan is the leader of the "Gran Grif" gang. On Jean Robert's cell phone, there were images proving his relationship with Luckson Elan.

Thanks to the vigilance of the population and those of law enforcement officers, this core of lookouts was dismantled.
