The Land Border Police (PolifFRONT), a specialized unit of the Haitian National Police (PNH) in partnership with the Dominican Republic immigration service, arrested two individuals wanted by the PNH.

1 - Egbor IK (28 years old) of Nigerien nationality was arrested for the first time at Toussaint Louverture International Airport on June 7, 2022, for transporting cocaine https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-36884-icihaiti-international-airport-arrest-of-a-nigerian-with-135-kg-of-cocaine-in-his-intestine.html and incarcerated in the civil prison of Croix-des-Bouquets, from where he escaped during the attacks perpetrated against several prisons, by heavily armed men.

2 - François James, originally from Cabaret, wanted by the Police for double murders and criminal association to the detriment of the named Giovani Charles (19 years old) and Voltaire Jean (20), on June 28, 2018 in Lafiteau (small town of Cabaret). This incident occurred following a dispute during a football match between two teams Titanyen and Minoterie.
