On Saturday, December 21, 2024, hundreds of students from Lycée Horatius Laventure, Lycée Benoit Batraville and Lycée Technique Joseph Charles Bernard joined their classmates from Lycée National of Pétion-ville to celebrate Christmas in their own way.

Étienne Louisseul France, the Departmental Director of Education for the West, organized this entertainment activity in collaboration with the Ministry

Each high school designated a student or group of students to perform on this occasion. Some sang a few Christmas carols; there were those who danced; others did slam poetry. It was a quality moment that took place in great joy.

Director Louisseul France, as well as one of his deputies, Frantz Jean, considered that the organization of the "Christmas High School" was a recreational activity that facilitated reunions while allowing students to share a moment together that helped them relieve stress. It is the same appreciation, Jean-Marc Charles, director of the National High School of Pétion-ville, made of this activity where students were accompanied by the Musiphotart group under the direction of Dickens' maestrop Princivil.
