The Ministry of Commerce and Industry informs interested parties that the Business Plan Framework, concerning the Youth Entrepreneurship Support Program (PAPEJ) and its partners, is now available for the new cohort of entrepreneurs.

Candidates must take into account the following criteria for submitting their files :

1. Innovative idea;

2. Motivation of the business leaders;

3. Age less than 40 years;

4. Job creation potential;

5. Amount of investment requirement between 50,000 HTG (fifty thousand Gourdes) and not exceeding 2,000,000 HTG (two million Gourdes);

6. Priority given to companies engaged in activities with positive impacts on the environment.

Please note that selected candidates will receive training on entrepreneurship as additional support.

REMINDER : PAPEJ funding is not a grant, but a loan granted to young entrepreneurs at an interest rate of 3% to 5% over a period of less than 10 years.

- Intra-municipal competition;

- Compliance with eligibility criteria;

- Analysis of projects received;

- Pre-selection of projects;

- Interview with project leaders;

- Selection of beneficiaries admitted to the program;
