Born in Cap-Haitien, Bertrhude Albert is an exceptional woman, passionate about her Haitian roots and deeply devoted to the development of her native land. Despite her departure for the United States at the age of 8, she has never stopped carrying the love of the country like a torch.

With this appointment, Mrs. Albert is invested with the mission of representing Cap-Haïtien with dignity in national and international spheres, of promoting opportunities for collaboration and of encouraging initiatives aimed at sustainably transforming the city.

The Municipal administration warmly congratulates Mrs. Bertrhude Albert and calls on the population to support this new stage of her commitment to serving the municipality.
