The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) informs that the Ministry of Higher Education (MES) of Cuba offers for Haiti (academic year 2025-2026) 7 scholarships at the bachelor's level

Admission requirements :

- Be of Haitian nationality and holder of a valid passport;

- Be under 25 years old;

- Have obtained at least 6/10 average in the Baccalaureate

- (*) Have your diploma and transcript of grades BAC 1 and/or BAC II (legalized by the Ministry of National Education (MENFP) and the MAE)

- (*) Extract from the archives of the birth certificate (legalized by the MENFP and the MAE)

- (*) Certificate of Good Life and Death (legalized by the Ministry of Justice and the MAE if it was issued by a court) or a legalized extract from the criminal record;

- Have your legalized health certificate including the HIV test.
