The Fort-Liberté Carnival (March 2nd - 4th, 2025) will not only be a festive event, but the starting point of a profound and lasting transformation for the city and its residents. Thanks to this event, Fort-Liberté will benefit from a set of strategic investments aimed at modernizing its infrastructure and strengthening its regional attractiveness.

Concrete benefits that will mark this transformation :

- A free internet network with open access in the public square;

- Electrical works, to strengthen energy autonomy and light the city;

- Rehabilitation of National Road #6, vital for economic development and improvement of secondary roads;
