iciHaiti - Politic : 6 new promotions at the Ministry of the Environment
Moïse Fils Jean Pierre, the Minister of the Environment, presented letters of promotion to 6 new Directors within the Ministry on February 13, 2025. This initiative is part of the Minister's vision to enhance internal resources and strengthen the institutional capacities of the Ministry.

In his speech, the Minister said he was proud of these newly promoted young executives, whose mission will be to ensure the efficient functioning of the institution. He emphasized the values ​​of rigor and discipline, while emphasizing the importance of clear and fluid communication between Directors, executives and employees of the Ministry.

Directors that have welcomed newly promoted leaders :

  • Director Louidy Jeudy: Human Resources Department (HRD);
  • Director Rockendy René: National Observatory of Environmental Quality and Vulnerability (ONQEV);
  • Director Roselyne Fernand: Coordination Unit for International Conventions on the Environment;
  • Director Vladimir Chéry: Directorate of Living Environments and Sanitation (DCVA);
  • Director Me. Floréal Filius: Legal Unit and formulation of environmental standards;
  • Director Jacques Reymé: Directorate of Integrated Management of Coastal and Marine Zones (DGIZCM).

Proud and honored by these appointments, the new Directors thanked Minister Moïse Fils Jean Pierre and Director General Joseph Emmanuel Philippe for the trust placed in them. They expressed their commitment to working to strengthen the Ministry and for the well-being of the Haitian population.
