On Wednesday, February 19, 2025, the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) announced that French coach Frenoy Baptiste has the responsibility of guiding our Grenadières during the Concacaf qualifiers for the FIFA Women's World Cup Poland 2026.

Coach Frenoy Baptiste is no stranger to Haitian football. He has held several technical positions within the Haitian national teams, contributing in particular to major campaigns:

- Women's A team (2021-2023) :

Member of the technical staff during Haiti's qualifications and historic participation in the FIFA Women's World Cup Australia/New Zealand 2023. He was in charge of the goalkeepers.

- Men's A selection (2023) :

Commitment to the Concacaf Nations League campaign (League)

His coaching career also extends to France, where he has supervised senior women's and U-20 men's teams.

In March 2024, he moved to Quebec, where he became responsible for the goalkeepers of the Canadian champion club and coach at Université Laval, Canadian vice-champion.

To carry out his mission with our U-20 Grenadières, Frenoy Baptiste will be able to rely on his technical team : Aurélien Ferreira: Physical trainer; Alfred Berthony: Technical assistant, Frinto Pierre : Goalkeeper coach.

The first mission of the new coach begins on Friday, February 21, 2025, when our Grenadières in Group A will begin the first phase of the Concacaf qualifiers against the "Benna Girls" of Antigua & Barbuda.
