iciHaiti - Football : Towards the organization of a Special National Championship in D1 23/02/2025 09:33:39
The competition will take place in a special format, taking into account the geographical position of the clubs in order to limit long travel in view of the security situation in the country. Four groups have thus been formed. North Group: FICA, ASC, Ouanaminthe FC and Real Hope Academy. South Group: Cavaly de Léogâne, Juventus FC and America des Cayes. West Group: Violette AC, Racing Club Haïtien and Don Bosco FC. Group Centre (Artibonite): Tempête FC, Baltimore SC, AS Mirebalais and Triomphe AC de Liancourt. The match schedule will be published shortly. In the meantime, the clubs have already started their preparation on the field. They are also invited to complete all administrative formalities by March 2, 2025 at the latest. Named the Special National Championship due to the current situation, the competition will allow the Champion, the vice-Champion and the winner of the classification match to represent Haiti in the competitions of the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) and the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Associations (CONCACAF).
