This pilot waste management and recovery activity called, is an urgent response to the problem of illegal waste dumping in the city of Cap-Haitien and in the district of the same name.

Propublic SAM thanks its partners, in particular the IDB (Inter-American Development Bank), the main donor of the GDSNH project (Solid Waste Management in Northern Haiti) to the tune of 33.5 million US dollars; the Town Halls of Cap-Haïitien, Quartier-Morin, Limonade, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the North (CCIN), the Technical Execution Unit (UTE) and the Project Coordination Unit (UCP).
