Article 1 : "As of the date hereof, starting at two o'clock in the morning (2:00 a.m.) on the second Sunday of March [i.e. Sunday, March 9, 2025], national time will be advanced by 60 minutes." Therefore, Sunday, March 9, 2025 at 2:00 a.m., it will be 3:00 a.m. to take advantage of the longer days in summer.
