Message from the ONA : "Ladies, On the occasion of International Women's Day, the General Management of the National Old Age Insurance Office (ONA) wishes to salute with respect and admiration the essential contribution of women to the vitality and sustainability of the institution. On this symbolic date, the General Management expresses its deep gratitude to women: - Women contributors who, through their trust and commitment, participate in strengthening the social security system; - Business owners, major economic players, who, through their dynamism and vision, contribute to the modernization of the national economy and the development of social security; - Pensioners, whose inspiring careers illustrate the ONA's raison d'être and remind us of the need for an ever more efficient service; - Women executives and employees of the ONA, whose professionalism, rigor and dedication are at the heart of the institution's mission in the service of its insured. To all these women, who each day, write with determination a page in the history of the ONA, the General Directorate would like to extend its warmest thanks. Their exemplary contribution, their creativity in the face of challenges and their sense of public service are all essential levers for the modernization and sustainability of the institution. By reaffirming its commitment to promoting an inclusive and equitable work environment, the ONA General Management renews its commitment to the values of respect, dignity and equal opportunities for all women.
