The Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Associations (CONCACAF) will organize on March 12 and 13 in Kingston, Jamaica, a workshop dedicated to the development of professional football for its members.

The Haitian Football Federation (FHF) will be represented by Jean Josué Mervil, responsible for club licensing.

During these two working days, CONCACAF experts will speak on several key themes related to the development of football, including :

- The club licensing process, now mandatory for all affiliated clubs;

- Introduction to the COMET (1) IT platform;

- Minimum requirements for access to the various CONCACAF leagues.

This workshop aims to strengthen the structures of member federations and associations by aligning them with the new FIFA standards and requirements.

Committed to this dynamic, the FHF already requires clubs, academies and football schools in Haiti to comply with the requirements of the club license. The FHF continues its efforts, by taking the necessary steps to meet the requirements of FIFA and CONCACAF. The objective is to improve the governance and management of clubs, while promoting the development of football at all levels.

Through these initiatives, the FHF reaffirms its commitment to laying the foundations for a more structured, competitive Haitian football that complies with international standards.
