The General Directorate of the National Old Age Insurance Office (ONA) thanks its policyholders, pensioners, and partners for their patience and trust, despite the prolonged disruption to its services caused by the inaccessibility of its Central Office located across from Delmas 17, due to the security crisis.

Aware of the difficulties encountered and the inconveniences caused by this situation, the new management team wishes to reassure you that concrete actions are underway to enable the gradual resumption of services and ensure better management of your needs.

Starting May 15, 2025, you can now contact its offices located at the SONAPI Annex and the Pétion-ville Municipal Office for :

• Your insurance card applications

• Your contribution loan applications

• Your retirement application files.
